We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive with 2 to 4 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to Banks, Financial Institutions and FinTech companies.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, reaching out to decision-makers, generating qualified prospects and supporting the sales team in building a solid pipeline across our banking technology portfolio.
The role will cover sales and lead generation for:
TestNova Test Automation Platform
AuditOne Online Transaction Auditing Solution
Newgen Solutions & Implementation Services
Finastra Essence Core Banking Services & Solutions
Other BFSI technology and AI-led solutions introduced by the company
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential Banks, Financial Institutions,
FinTechs and other BFSI organizations across target markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, databases, referrals and other outbound channels.
Identify relevant decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Digital, Heads of Testing/QA, Operations Heads, Core Banking Heads and Procurement teams.
Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business requirements, technology landscape and potential opportunities.
Position the company's products and services based on customer needs.
Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales, product and solution teams.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and continuously follow up with prospects until opportunities progress to the next stage.
Support sales campaigns for specific products, countries, banking segments and technology areas.
