We are seeking a seasoned UI Lead to architect, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable web applications. This role requires robust hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a UI/Frontend development team.
Architect and build responsive, scalable, high-performance web applications.
Define UI architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend teams, and business stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance.
Resolve complex technical challenges with effective solutions.
Contribute to technical discussions, estimations, and solution design.




Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high code quality.
Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Solid expertise in HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and responsive design.
Solid understanding of component-based development and frontend architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Knowledge of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
