The Rich Daddy International is a contract manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products, providing end-to-end manufacturing solutions for brands, entrepreneurs, retailers, and businesses.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify recent business opportunities, acquire clients, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth for our contract manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects in the cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, and beauty segments.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email marketing, LinkedIn, online research, references, exhibitions, and other channels.
Connect with cosmetic brands, startups, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, salons, influencers, and companies looking for contract/private-label manufacturing.
Understand clients' product requirements, target markets, quantities, packaging preferences, and budgets.




Present the company's contract manufacturing and private-label solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare and share quotations, product proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry through sampling, quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development and sales targets.
Maintain an updated database/CRM of leads, prospects, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new opportunities in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Coordinate with the production, R&D;, quality, packaging, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Attend trade exhibitions, business meetings, client visits, and networking events when required.
