We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller cum Admission Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, guide them toward suitable courses, and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
Explain Vidya Quest's courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, duration, and learning advantages.




Counsel students and help them choose the most suitable course based on their career objectives.
Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Handle queries and objections professionally and build trust with prospective students and parents.
Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, or center visits where applicable.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM or assigned system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining a positive student experience.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for the admission process.
Stay updated about Vidya Quest's courses, offers, batches, and career-oriented programs.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
