We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Asset Vantage (AV) to collect, analyze, validate, and interpret financial and operational data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining data accuracy, developing dashboards, analyzing investment-related data, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Work extensively with Asset Vantage (AV) for data management, reporting, analysis, and validation.
Extract, review, reconcile, and analyze financial and investment data available in AV.
Maintain and validate data relating to investments, portfolios, transactions, securities, valuations, cash flows, and performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Generate and analyze investment and portfolio reports from AV.
Identify discrepancies between AV data and source documents/statements and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support data onboarding, data cleansing, and data validation activities within AV.




Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and automation.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and prospects through data analysis.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across relevant business functions.
Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across AV and other reporting systems.
Coordinate with Investment, Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, reconciliations, and analytical processes.
