Job Description and responsibilities : -
Will be designing tools under guidance of Group leader.
Making Manufacturing drawings in Auto CAD
Design of small & Medium tools in Catia and UG Nx
Resolving certain shop related problems

Desired profile of the candidate : -
Should be a mechanical or tool engineer with more than 60% marks IN SSC & +2.

Required Skill Set ( tool engineering) : -
1. Should have knowledge in GD & T
2. Knowledge in Manufacturing processes
3. Should have knowledge on Heat treatment
4.Thorough knowledge on Materials, Heat treatment and usage for various applications
5. Valuable in design calculation for estimating the cutting, bending & Draw loads
6.should be well know to the generic construction of draw/ trim/ flanging and cam dies
7. should be able to make BOM.

Relevant Industry : -
Tool rooms of automobile companies
Press shops
Die maintenance and manufacturing
Plastic molds and jigs and fixture industry.

Qualification : -
B.E Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production
Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
NTTF 4 year diploma in Tool & Die making
GTTC POST DIPLOMA
POST DIPLOMA IN TOOL DESIGN -CITD
