Candidate should have proven knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance of all utility equipment's.
Able to attend all Maintenace work taking care of all safety.
Ability to work coherently on the assigned projects and meets timelines.
Continually seek to improve knowledge on maintenance and seek to develop robust maintenance culture.
Able to demonstrate personal commitment to the team and work tenaciously to deliver agreed goals well within committed timeline.
Maintain daily utility consumption record and prepare monthly MIS report with observations.
Should be self-disciplined and able to work on different projects in parallel.
Maintain stock of all critical spares.
Carry out preventive maintenance of all utility equipment's and record the data.
Able to attend all the breakdown on top priority.
Coordinate with external vender for calibration of instruments and generate records.
Should have knowledge of all utility equipment's (Boiler, Air compressor, TFH, Pumps, Instruments)
