Job Summary

KLR Industries Limited is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Territory Manager Drilling Equipment & Tools to drive business growth across the North-East, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Orissa & Jharkhand region. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, supporting customers with technical solutions, and developing long-term business relationships within the Mining, Infrastructure, and Construction sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and rock drilling tools, combined with hands-on experience in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for drilling equipment and rock drilling tools.
Identify and develop current business prospects across Mining, Quarrying, Infrastructure, Tunnelling, and Construction sectors.
Promote KLR's range of drilling equipment, DTH hammers, DTH bits, button bits, drill rods and related drilling consumables.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations,



and customer training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mining contractors, quarry owners, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, consultants, and government organizations.
Provide after-sales service support and coordinate with service teams for timely issue resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence reports, and territory development plans.
Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to improve market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Represent KLR Industries at trade exhibitions, customer meets, and industry events.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to strengthen customer engagement and business development.
