With a solid presence across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, Arkahub is expanding its residential solar business and is looking for highly driven Solar Sales Executives to grow our customer base across these markets.

About the Role

As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and converting residential solar leads through on-ground sales activities. You will meet homeowners, understand their electricity requirements, explain rooftop solar solutions, coordinate site visits, and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.

This is a field-intensive sales role requiring excellent communication, relationship-building,



negotiation, and target-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Field Sales
Generate residential solar leads through field visits, referrals, D2D campaigns, society activations, events, and local marketing initiatives.
Visit apartments, gated communities, independent homes, and residential societies to identify potential customers.
Meet homeowners and understand their electricity consumption and solar requirements.
Explain rooftop solar solutions, savings, financing options, government incentives/subsidies, and installation processes.
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Meetings & Site Visits
Conduct customer meetings and residential site visits across the assigned city.
Coordinate with Presales and Technical teams for site assessments and solar proposals.
Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
