Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow Frizzon’s digital presence across social media and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and have a strong understanding of content, trends, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage monthly social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Ideate and create engaging posts, reels, stories, BTS content, GIFs, and other social formats.
Manage Frizzon’s social media presence, including posting, cross-posting, tagging, community engagement, and DMs.
Identify opportunities to showcase Frizzon’s projects, directors, employees, achievements, and company culture.
Track social media analytics, engagement, reach, and follower growth and use insights to improve content.
Keep Frizzon’s website and digital platforms updated with recent projects, team members, showreels, and other content.




Create basic social media creatives and branding assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new platform features.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Good writing and communication skills.
Strong visual sense and understanding of branding and content aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage social media content.
Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good to Have
Experience working with a production house, advertising agency, creative studio, media, or entertainment company.
Basic understanding of website management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
