Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years
Preference: Experience in hospital maintenance sector
Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Safety systems
Understanding of hospital-critical systems: OT HVAC, medical gas pipelines, ICU power backup, DG/UPS
Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 critical-care workplace
Quick troubleshooting & decision-making during breakdowns
Valuable coordination with clinical, biomedical & admin teams
Willingness for shift duty/on-call
Documentation & compliance discipline (fire safety, NABH audits)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure uninterrupted power, HVAC, water & gas supply to critical areas (OT, ICU, ER)
Conduct preventive maintenance & attend breakdowns promptly
Maintain DG sets, UPS, electrical panels, and OT positive-pressure HVAC
Monitor medical gas pipeline (oxygen, vacuum, nitrous) systems
Maintain fire alarm, sprinkler & life safety systems
Manage water treatment (RO/STP/ETP) & plumbing systems
Maintain compliance documentation for safety & NABH audits
Coordinate with AMC vendors and supervise technician team
Respond immediately to emergencies (power/gas/water failure)
Salary:
Reasonable Salary based on Experience and Qualification. Purely negotiable.
