Role & responsibilities
Handle outbound calling as part of the daily job responsibilities.
Make calls to clients/customers and communicate professionally regarding tax-related services and requirements.
Support various US Direct Tax compliance and tax return filing processes.
Assist with Federal, Domestic, International, and State & Local tax returns.
Explain relevant tax services/information to customers through outbound calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and assigned tasks.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
Work effectively with the team to complete assigned targets and processes

Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a night-shift workplace.
Valuable learning ability and a positive attitude.
