Job Summary

Saburi Plywood is looking for an experienced Brand Head to lead the company's overall brand strategy, marketing communication, and brand-building initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through effective ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute overall brand strategy and marketing plans.
Manage ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade Marketing, Events, and Brand Activations.
Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and market presence.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
Manage social media, digital campaigns, content, and online brand presence.
Develop dealer, distributor, architect, and influencer engagement programs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects.




Manage creative, media, digital, PR, and event agencies.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the brand/marketing team.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Solid experience in ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Brand Management.
Experience in Plywood, Panels, Laminates, Building Materials, Construction, or Interior Products will be preferred.
Robust strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in managing agencies, campaigns, budgets, and marketing teams.
