Primary Responsibilities:
Define and govern system architecture for RQ Core and Prospective programs, ensuring scalability, security, resiliency, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Lead the architecture and execution of the 2026 Cornerstone decommissioning, designing migration strategies, targetstate architectures, and riskmitigation plans to ensure seamless legacy retirement
Drive AIenabled modernization and automation initiatives,



identifying prospects to improve platform efficiency, observability, and engineering productivity
Design and standardize microservices and eventdriven architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB, ensuring high throughput, fault tolerance, and extensibility
Provide architectural leadership for cloudnative and container platforms, guiding Kubernetes (K8s) adoption, service orchestration, scalability patterns, and operational best practices
Act as a technical mentor and decision authority, collaborating with engineering, product, security, and platform teams to review designs, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure longterm system stability
