Main Duties and Tasks
Bake breads, cakes, cookies, pies, and pastries using exact measurements.
Design current seasonal recipes and menu items.
Decorate and present items with icing, glaze, or artistic toppings.
Order baking ingredients and check inventory levels.
Supervise, train, and guide junior bakers and kitchen assistants.
Clean and maintain baking tools, ovens, and work stations. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Skills and Requirements
Know baking science, mixing methods, and oven controls.
Show creative flair in food decoration and flavor pairing.
Follow health, safety, and kitchen hygiene rules.
Stand for long hours and lift heavy bags of flour or sugar.
Adapt to early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
