Robust knowledge of civil construction and high-rise residential projects.
Positive understanding of RCC, finishing, waterproofing and external development works.
Solid knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
Good knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
