Role Description
This is a full time, in office Sales Business Development role based in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels. The Sales Business Development professional will conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and use these insights to build solid sales pipelines.



Daily activities include engaging with potential and existing clients, explaining insurance products, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to support conversions and retention. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, preparing reports on sales performance, and meeting defined sales and business development targets.
