Responsibilities
Lead the physical installation team.
Install structures, modules, inverters, ACDB/DCDB and cable trays.
Perform DC cabling, MC4 crimping, AC termination and earthing.
Install lightning and surge-protection components as designed.
Conduct continuity, polarity, insulation, voltage and earth-resistance tests.
Follow working-at-height and electrical-isolation procedures.
Maintain tools, ladders, PPE and testing equipment.
Assist with commissioning and customer demonstration.
Attend breakdown, warranty and maintenance calls.
Train the junior installer and project helpers.

Required qualification
ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Valid Maharashtra Wireman permit strongly preferred.
Suryamitra certification desirable.

Required experience
2–4 years in rooftop solar installation.




Must pass a practical test covering MC4 crimping, terminations, testing, earthing and safety.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
