Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave records, manpower planning, and employee data.
Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, attendance data, and payroll-related activities with the Accounts/Finance team.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Handle employee grievances, communication, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Coordinate statutory compliance and maintain required HR compliance records.
Support employee performance reviews, appraisals, and performance management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and MIS for management.




Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Ensure workplace discipline, employee conduct, and adherence to company policies.
Lead and guide the HR team and continuously improve HR systems and processes.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–8 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and documentation.
Experience in attendance and payroll coordination.
Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and HRMS/HR software.
Robust communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
