Role & responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Lupin R&D; API projects.
Develop detailed project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and key milestones in Planisware.
Identify potential risks and formulate robust mitigation strategies.
Track and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to committed timelines for DMF submissions as per regulatory and project schedules.
Coordinate with Group Leads / Team Leads to support resource planning and allocation.
Facilitate weekly project review meetings and circulate minutes along with action items.
Escalate critical issues appropriately to senior management and the LLP PM team.
Prepare and present project status updates for R&D; review meetings using Planisware data.
Support senior management in the annual budgeting process for Lupin limited projects.
