Key Responsibilities
Lead overall financial planning, budgeting and accounting operations.
Manage project-wise budgets, CSR/donor funds and financial reporting.
Ensure statutory, tax, FCRA and other applicable compliance.
Prepare financial statements, MIS, cash-flow reports and Utilization Certificates.
Coordinate statutory, internal and donor audits.
Establish solid financial controls, procurement and payment systems.
Monitor project expenditure and ensure proper utilization of funds.
Supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
Advise the Director and Board on financial risks, sustainability and strategic decisions.

Qualification & Experience
CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent.
6–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO, CSR or donor-funded organization.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting and financial management.
High integrity, analytical ability and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
