What You Will Do

We are seeking a sharp and versatile Senior Actuarial Analyst to join 360F's growing actuarial function. This role is deliberately designed to sit at the intersection of actuarial science and business analysis combining the quantitative rigour of actuarial practice with the stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and process improvement mindset of a senior business analyst. You will work directly under the Head of Actuarial, playing a key supporting role across product pricing, actuarial modelling, financial analysis, and client-facing analytics. This is not a pure modelling role, you will be expected to translate actuarial findings into clear business insights, work closely with product, engineering, and client delivery teams, and contribute actively to improving how actuarial knowledge is embedded into 360F's platform and workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong actuarial foundations in life, health, and/or investment-linked products, combined with the practical toolkit of a senior BA,



from API testing and data scripting to stakeholder workshops and structured documentation. You are analytically precise, commercially aware, and confident communicating across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Actuarial Analysis & Modelling:

Support the Head of Actuarial in the analysis, development, and maintenance of actuarial models for life, health, and investment-linked insurance products across APAC markets.
Conduct experience studies and assumption reviews including mortality, morbidity, persistency, and expense analyses and summarise findings for internal and client stakeholders.
Assist in product pricing exercises building and validating rate tables, benefit illustrations, and premium calculations for current and existing product lines.
Prepare and review actuarial reserve calculations and liability valuations in support of IFRS 17, RBC, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
