Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and commission automated material handling systems for industrial equipment manufacturing using Siemens PLC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conveyor systems into engine assembly lines for productive production flow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ASRS (Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems) and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during factory automation projects by conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in factory automation engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of conveyors, engine assembly line processes, and material handling systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Siemens PLC for designing custom control logic.
