Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy financial modules such as GL, AR, AP, and Treasury.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP FICO best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements through automation using SAP tools like BPC.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades in the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) modules in SAP FICO.
- Experience with R2R (Reverse Engineering) methodology for analyzing existing business processes and designing current solutions using SAP tools like BPC.
