About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Analytics to drive digital revenue through customer database marketing, CRM automation, conversion optimisation, and performance analytics.

The role will own the traffic → registration → nurture → lead → sale funnel and work closely with Product, Technology, and Sales teams to improve acquisition, conversion, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Database Marketing & Lead Generation
- Segment subscribers, prospects, and registered users for targeted campaigns.
- Execute Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Drive re-engagement, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell campaigns.
- Test audiences, messaging, offers, and propositions.

CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build automated nurture and lifecycle journeys.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, drip campaigns, and automated follow-ups.
- Develop abandoned-journey and dormant-user re-engagement campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities.





Conversion Optimisation
- Analyse funnel leakages and improve registration-to-lead and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Optimise landing pages, forms, CTAs, and checkout journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns and customer journeys.

Marketing Analytics & Revenue Attribution
- Track the customer journey from source to registration, lead, and sale.
- Use GA4, CRM, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Analyse performance by audience, channel, product, and offer.
- Track leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, and revenue attribution.
- Convert data into actionable business recommendations.

Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube Ads.
- Run paid campaigns, retargeting, and performance experiments.
- Evaluate campaigns based on CPL, CAC, conversion, and ROI.
