Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to generate new business for our automobile workshop through local marketing, customer visits, lead generation, and relationship building. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new customers and increasing vehicle service and repair enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote workshop services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, corporate tie-ups, societies, commercial areas, and local businesses.
- Visit companies, offices, fleet operators, housing societies, and other potential customer locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads for vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, denting & painting, AC service, mechanical work, and other workshop services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into workshop visits and service orders.




- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Team for customer requirements.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain regular communication.
- Promote workshop offers, service packages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for corporate/fleet customer tie-ups.
- Maintain a database of leads, customers, and business contacts.
- Track daily field visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and business targets.
