Responsibilities:

Provide HR Support for all Noise Consulting Group's company operations - US, India, Philippines and other worldwide locations as the company expands.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Prepare, validate and run Payroll - pay, state and federal taxes, expenses, bonus', etc.
Weekly and Monthly validation of timesheets and invoices.
Work with Vendors on contracts and invoices.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update human resource documents,



such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Develop and implement training initiatives that support the brand, culture and philosophy.
Provides administrative support on all personnel matters
Conducts perks enrollment for new employees.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, etc.
Assist with on/off boarding of employees including scheduling and conducting of new hire employee orientation
Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks
Assists with processing of terminations and preparation of annual employee performance review forms.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by management. Performs clerical, admin functions.
Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine
