Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the e-waste and recycling sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and corporate customers.
- Drive business growth through sector-wise market development and client acquisition.
- Handle B2B sales and partnership development for IT hardware, telecom, and mobility-related products/services.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in service provider background or related industries.
- Prior exposure to E-Waste Industry, IT Hardware, Telecom, or Mobility Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Language Preference: Tamil & English (Hindi optional).
- Willingness to travel across North & West parts of Tamil Nadu.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in recycling, telecom, hardware, or allied industries will be preferred.
