Role:

The Maintenance Officer is a full-time, in office role based at
Kosamba
, responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility utilities, electrical systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibility:
- Perform
preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
of production machinery and facility equipment.
- Monitor and maintain
electrical systems, panels, wiring,



and power distribution
.
- Operate and maintain
AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and other utility systems
.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, schedules, checklists, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with
Production, QA/QC, and other departments
for maintenance activities.
- Handle basic
IT hardware troubleshooting
, including computers, printers, UPS, and other electronic equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot
LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and servers
.
- Monitor and maintain
CCTV/camera systems, DVR/NVR, and related equipment
.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized technical and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with
safety, GMP, ISO 13485, QMS, and company requirements
.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve
equipment reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime
