About the Role

This is not a conventional social media internship.

The role is designed for someone who can research, identify opportunities, use technology intelligently, automate repetitive processes and turn ideas into execution.

You will work closely with the team on strengthening Upscale Legal's digital presence, developing recent growth initiatives, conducting market and competitor research,



and identifying ways in which AI and automation can improve marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategy
- Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
- Research legal, business and digital trends relevant to the firm's target sectors.
- Identify new opportunities for brand visibility, client acquisition and business development.
- Track competitors, emerging platforms and changing digital trends.

Digital Marketing & Content
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
- Research and develop content ideas for LinkedIn, website and other relevant platforms.
- Support SEO, keyword research and website content optimisation.
- Assist in building the firm's professional digital presence and thought leadership.

AI & Automation
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows for research, content, lead generation and marketing.
