Role Description
The Executive Sales Professional role is a full-time hybrid position based in Trivandrum, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the professional is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting Ceasefire’s fire and safety solutions to individual and institutional customers.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Executive Sales Professional is expected to build strong customer relationships, stay updated on product features and industry trends, and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
