Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, B2B lead generation, paid search, paid social, retargeting, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization, with a strong focus on CPL, lead quality, ROI, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other relevant campaign types.
- Plan and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and targeted audience acquisition.
- Develop and execute paid search and paid social strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
- Conduct keyword research,



audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and manage campaigns across different stages of the marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Build and optimize retargeting/remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors and potential customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, ad creatives, and placements.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI/ROAS.
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integrations.
- Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify performance trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
