Position: Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Offer preparation
- Offer upload and documentation
- WIP (Work in Progress) preparation and tracking
- Portal handling for various customers
- Coordination and data accuracy in operational tasks
Requirements:
- Strong computer knowledge (Excel, email, portals)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Prior operations / backend experience preferred (not mandatory)
