Role Description
The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding,



documentation, and maintaining HR records. The individual will help coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, assist in drafting job descriptions, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. The Human Resources Associate will also contribute to training and development initiatives, help organize employee engagement activities, and support performance management processes. Additionally, the role includes responding to employee queries, ensuring HR policies are followed, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work setting.
