We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who can own a client relationship end-to-end and make it their own — strategy, content, execution, reporting, the works — without needing to be told what to do next.

If you've ever felt boxed in by a role that only let you "execute," this is the opposite of that.

What you'll actually do
- Independently manage client accounts — planning, content, execution, reporting
- Own client conversations and relationships directly
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you work — not an afterthought
- Guide junior team members and raise the bar on what gets shipped
- Bring ideas to the table, not just deliver briefs

What you bring
- 3–6 years in digital marketing, agency experience preferred




- A track record of managing clients independently — not just executing what someone else planned
- Fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow — this is non-negotiable
- Sharp written and verbal communication
- Comfort with Canva or similar; video editing is a bonus, not a requirement
- A self-starter mindset — we're a small team and everyone here owns their work
