Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Strategy
- - Define and implement mobile testing strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor QA Engineers, SDETs, and automation testers.
- Drive test planning, estimation, execution, and release sign-off activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and DevOps teams.





Mobile Application Testing
- - Own end-to-end testing for Android, iOS, and cross-platform applications.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing.
- Validate app behavior across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
- Review requirements and participate in sprint planning activities.

Automation & Quality Engineering
- - Design and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium and related tools.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation coverage and continuously optimize execution reliability.
- Drive shift-left testing practices and quality metrics.

Defect & Release Management
- - Manage defect lifecycle and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve critical issues.
- Support release readiness reviews and production validation activities.
