- CRM Campaigns & Nurturing: Design, launch, and manage targeted CRM campaigns (WhatsApp Drips, SMS, Email) to nurture field leads, reactivate cold inquiries, and maximize pipeline conversion rates.
- ERP System & Single Source of Truth: Establish and maintain the ERP/CRM as the central source of truth for all marketing datamapping customer journeys from initial ground capture through sales handoff and installation.
- Lead Pipeline & O2O Tracking: Bridge physical activations with digital CRM workflows to ensure zero lead leakage and complete visibility into channel performance.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise local vendors, fabricators, print suppliers, and event agencies to ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.

Preferred candidate profile
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Agency Management, ATL/BTL marketing, Digital & field activations, and campaign execution within Solar, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, or FMCG.
- Proven track record with CRM systems (e.g., ERPNXT, Zoho, LeadSquared, or proprietary tools) and ERP platforms to manage lead pipelines and reporting.
- Hands-on expertise connecting offline field lead capture (QR codes, digital forms) with automated CRM drip campaigns.
