Job Summary

PropBuying Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making calls, understanding customer requirements, generating site visits and supporting the sales team in converting leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location and preferences.
- Explain project details, amenities, location and key USPs.
- Qualify leads and generate quality site visit appointments.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for scheduled site visits.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and site visit targets.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports.





Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service or Real Estate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM / MS Excel preferred.
