Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and safety across campus facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping, F&B;, waste management, pest control and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, fire safety, food safety and environmental requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare inspection reports; track corrective actions for identified gaps.
- Monitor food hygiene, kitchen sanitation, storage and personal hygiene of F&B; staff.
- Ensure proper waste segregation, disposal and environmental practices.
- Maintain QHSE checklists, incident reports, audit records and compliance documentation.
- Conduct awareness/training programs for housekeeping, security, F&B; and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with facility vendors and contractors to ensure required quality and safety standards.
- Investigate incidents/complaints and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Support emergency preparedness, fire drills and safety inspections.




- Report major non-compliances and risks to the Facility Manager/Administration.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in QHSE, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Hospitality, Safety or related discipline.
- 3–6 years' relevant experience, preferably in a university, school, hospital, hotel, manufacturing facility or large campus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, food hygiene/FSSAI and workplace safety preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
