Job Description – GRN Purchase Entry Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented GRN Data Entry Executive to manage goods receiving, purchase entries, and inventory records. The candidate will ensure accurate data entry and maintain stock records in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle goods receiving at the store.
- Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records.
- Enter and maintain stock details accurately in the system.
- Process purchase entries and maintain purchase records.
- Support stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for inventory updates.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail store operations and GRN handling.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
