- Plan, coordinate, and execute the dispatch of goods as per delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and gate passes.
- Ensure correct picking, packing, labeling, and loading of materials to prevent damage or shortages.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics partners, and transporters for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched materials in ERP/manual registers.
- Track dispatched consignments and ensure timely delivery to customers or branch locations.
- Handle transporter coordination, vehicle allocation, and route planning to optimize costs and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to dispatch, transportation, and safety norms.
- Address dispatch-related queries, shortages,



damages, or delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory records post-dispatch.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the dispatch area.
- Report daily dispatch status, pending orders, and issues to the concerned supervisor/manager.
- Assist during audits by providing dispatch records and documentation as required.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards at all times.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
