Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Explain financial products and eligibility requirements clearly.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
