Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR and account closing.
- Handle bank, ledger and account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Manage GST compliance, including workings, reconciliations, payments and timely return filing.
- Handle TDS compliance, including calculations, deductions, challan payments, returns and reconciliations.
- Assist with Income Tax compliance, advance tax workings, tax payments and return-related requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT) and MLWF calculations, payments and related statutory compliances.




- Maintain and monitor the statutory compliance calendar to ensure all filings and payments are completed within due dates.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports, along with accounting and financial analysis as required.
- Conduct regular review of books of accounts and ensure timely rectification of errors and pending items.
- Support statutory, tax and other audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, workings and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper financial records, documentation and internal controls in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, banks and other stakeholders for accounting and compliance-related matters.
- Assist management with financial planning, tax planning and accounting insights for business decisions.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and business information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
