Your work profile:
- We are seeking a SDET with 5+ years of experience, solid expertise in Java-based API automation, API development fundamentals, and hands-on testing of microservices in retail banking environments.
- Design, develop,



and maintain API and microservices automation frameworks using Java.
- Test Java-based APIs, microservices, core banking services, payment flows, and backend systems.
- Validate end‑to‑end service interactions, system integrations, and customer journeys.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), participate in defect triage, and enhance overall quality governance.
- Collaborate with backend, payments, cloud, and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
- Contribute to and review Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Management activities.

Key skills required:
- 5+ years of SDET / QA Automation experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java (mandatory).
- ISTQB Certification Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with API automation using:
- REST Assured
- Postman/Newman
- Karate (optional but preferred)
- Experience in testing Java-based APIs a
