Hiring for G Card / H Card Holder Shipping Bill & BOE Filing

Experience : 7 to 10 Years in Customs Clearance Industry

Chennai

Salary:
30,000 to 35,000/- per month.
- Handle all types of Export and Import shipments.
- Preparing check-list
- filing Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry once the check-lists are approved by Exporters or Importers.
- Following up with Shipping Lines, Airlines or Agents for checking
- issuing/releasing Air Way Bill or Bill of Ladings, Information to Shipping Lines for Import Container movements,
- Form 13, OdeX, Follow up with CFS, Transporters,
- updating Customers over phone, by WhatsApp and Email, to speak, read and write and send Emails fluently in Tamil and English, - If the candidate can speak Hindi, it will be an added advantage,





Possessing G Card or H Card with thorough Custom clearance knowledge to supervise the Field Staff and initiate cost cutting/saving measures etc.

Senior Field Staff :

We are also looking for
one Senior Person with G Card
, having more than
10 to 15 years
experience and well versed with all types of goods handling in Export and Import shipments, by air and sea freight mode including Break Bulk, Project Cargo, SEZ and 100 EOU shipments etc.

Candidates with fluent in Tamil & English with Hindi will be preferred.
Salary : 35 to 40,000/- per month.
