Inside Sales Executive – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential B2C customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the products/services clearly.
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:
- This is a pure Inside Sales role.
- Candidates with B2C sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates from the Healthcare / Medical / Wellness industry will be an added advantage.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
