Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Advisor to work from our India office and support the financial management and business operations of our US business.

The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, cost analysis, and providing financial insights to management to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the US business.
- Prepare regular financial reports and management reports.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify areas of cost savings and improve financial efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.
- Review expenses and identify unusual or unnecessary costs.
- Support cash flow planning and financial decision-making.




- Analyze business performance and provide insights on financial trends.
- Assist with pricing, costing, and profitability analysis for products and operations.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Work closely with the US team to understand business requirements and financial needs.
- Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and available for management review.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
