Support PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities across the delivery lifecycle.

Windchill

Development & Configuration • Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink components, workflows, lifecycle states, roles, and access controls.
Develop and review Windchill extensions and integrations in line with solution standards.
Support data migration, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
Apply structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end package-based solutions.

Technical





Leadership • Guide the development team on technical design, coding standards, troubleshooting, and delivery practices.
Conduct design and code reviews and ensure quality across technical deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application and technology integrations.
Communicate solution decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to client and internal stakeholders. Delivery & Support • Contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, process mapping, estimation, testing, and release activities.
Troubleshoot defects and production issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Prepare technical design, configuration, migration, and deployment documentation.
