Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and test infrastructure for UI, API, backend, and integration testing.
Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, quality, reliability, and maintainability of software design and implementation.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable quality gates for builds, deployments, and releases.
Solid knowledge and expierence with multi-threading and asynchronous processing, stacks and queues.
Hands on with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or GCP to validate distributed systems, services, deployments, and workplace reliability.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Python, GRPC, REST APIs/web services, HTML, XML/JSON, databases, and backend validation.
Programming in Golang is a plus
Contribute to performance,



scalability, and reliability testing by validating system behavior under load and identifying bottlenecks.
Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve test case generation, defect analysis, log analysis, test data creation, automation productivity, and overall test coverage.
Evaluate and adopt AI-driven QA practices such as intelligent test generation, flaky test detection, self-healing automation, anomaly detection, and smart regression selection where applicable.
Conduct regular knowledge-sharing and ramp-up sessions within the SDET team on latest tools, technologies, automation practices, and AI-enabled testing trends.
Mentor team members and contribute to improving team productivity, engineering quality, and release confidence.
Skills and Expertise Required
Robust experience in application performance optimization, runtime troubleshooting, and ownership of project deliverables
