Key Responsibilities

End User Support
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Resolve user issues related to email, MS Office, Teams, VPN, and shared resources.
Handle password resets, account unlocks, and user access requests.
Provide remote and onsite support as required.

Microsoft Surface Laptop and Tablet Configuration

IT Infrastructure Support
Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
Troubleshoot basic switch, router, and firewall connectivity issues.
Coordinate with central IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Ensure uptime of network for Office and Meeting Room
Printer Cartridge Management and Printer Support
Plotter Intermediate level support

Incident & Service Request Management
Log, track,



and update tickets in the ITSM tool.
Ensure timely resolution within defined SLA timelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
Maintain incident and resolution records.

Asset Management
Maintain IT asset inventory records.
Track allocation and movement of IT equipment.
Assist in hardware procurement and replacement activities.
Conduct physical verification of IT assets.

Security & Compliance
Follow IT security policies and procedures.
Support antivirus management and endpoint security compliance.
Report security incidents and unusual activities.
Assist in software license compliance activities.

Documentation
Maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Update asset registers and network diagrams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
